In exercise of the powers conferred under section 1(4) of the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017, the State Government vide Notification No. F-10-12/2017/16/434 dated 13th February, 2025, decides to give effect to the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 from 13th February 2025. The Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and conditions of service) Act, 2017 was earlier published in the Chhattisgarh Gazette (Extraordinary) dated 23rd August, 2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 28 of the said Act, the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 has been published in the Chhattisgarh Gazette (Extraordinary) dated 03-02-2022.
